Mark McLean

Founder & CEO

Mark McLean, Ceo and Founder   

Mark McLean is the Founder and CEO of Market Approach Consulting. He leads all aspects of the company including management, strategy, operations and growth. Mark is a 30-year veteran of the Direct Marketing Industry.

A graduate of Baylor University, with a BBA in Marketing, Mr. McLean founded Market Approach Consulting based on the goal of developing a marketing company that would be viewed as the standard for honest and professional business practices in the direct marketing industry.

Mark is on the Board of Directors for the Lorena, Texas Economic Development Corporation, member of the Lorena United Methodist Church and a past Board Member of the Central Texas Goodwill Industries, a member of the Direct Marketing Association and the American Resort Development Association.

Mike Sulewski

Chief Information Officer

Mike Sulewski, CIO   Mike Sulewski has lead the Technology Department at Market Approach Consulting since 2003. He has over 30 years of experience in the Technology industry dealing with all aspects of technology, and is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). He has strong backgrounds in Systems Management, Security, Data Processes, Programming, and Telecomm having worked for such companies as IBM, McDonnell Douglas, Irvine Company, and CarsDirect.com.

Kara Good

Vice President of Sales and Operations

Kara Good, VP of Sales

Kara is responsible for all aspects of sales, product development, and customer service across the Market Approach business. She leverages her 30+ years of sales and marketing experience of direct marketing, database marketing, data analytics, call center services as well as email & digital marketing.

A graduate from Indiana University, with a BS in Finance, Kara began her career at Spiegel Inc., in the Corporate Finance department but quickly discovered her passion was marketing. Other work experiences include sales/marketing and management positions with Equifax, KBM Wunderman Data, Polk, and Bradford Exchange.
Kara is involved with The Foundation for Douglas County Schools and the Town of Castle Rock in various capacities and a past Board Member and President of the Rocky Mountain DMA (800+ members) in the Denver area.

Wade McLean

Director of Client Services

Wade McLean, Dir. of Client Services Wade brings 10 years of directed marketing expertise to Market Approach. Wade manages our largest clients and is responsible for ensuring the business is operating at peak effieciency through employee engagement and operational excellence. In addition to handling Market Approached largest clients, Wade has taken on a leadership role within the organization and will be handling Human Resource responsibilities as well. Wade earned his Bachelor of Business Management and Marketing from Tarleton State University.

Laura Ellis

Director of Sales and Business Development

Laura Ellis, Dir. of Sales and Business Dev. Laura has over 25 years of direct marketing experience in the Direct Mail and Digital Marketing industries. Her skills include data research, analysis, application, campaign development, execution, and backend analysis.
In addition, she works with clients to determine which options are most beneficial to achieve their goals. By building actionable campaign strategies Laura creates a full-term campaign strategy as well supervises and manages execution. Laura is great at identifying gaps in business plans and identifying new opportunities to close those gaps and grow their business through the development of these actionable strategies.
Laura is a graduate of the Direct Marketing Associations Professional Development program, the Trade Desk Programmatic Marketing program and an active member of the American Catalog Mailer’s Association.


Larry Morgan

Director of Digital Business Development

Larry Morgan, Dir. of Digital Business Dev. Larry has actively been engaged in the performance advertising space since 2001. Additionally, he has been involved in the development and implementation of several separate call centers staffed with over 500 advisors.
When Larry is not working, he spends most of his time cheering and supporting his children and their teammates at either baseball or basketball games.
When he is not supporting sports, you can find him actively engaging with a the I Am Mine Foundation, which raises awareness for kids with disabilities.
